Roy, Sammi, Kailey, and Dagan... at Lake Casablanca celebrating Grandma Fib Birthday!!!


Seems like its been a long time since i have been on here... the last post was of May 2011 and we were in Alaska.... wow how time flies?!

We are now settled in Laredo, TX and that is where we call home for now. Kids are in school.

Dagan is enjoying 2nd grade, took some getting use to because the kids here know spanish (which he does not) but he seems to be learning and understanding fairly well. He enjoys the fact that Grandpa Roy and Grandma Fib are in town and we can go visit anytime- the BEST part of being in Laredo is.... Tio Robert!!! Oh how we love him and he gets to come over and play video games and football with Dagan so that is awesome!!!

Kailey is doing well in school-she should be ready for Kindergarten next year! Her speech is coming along sooo well and she is learning to write her name, her ABC's and 123's. She got Student of the Month back in August and she was thrilled to called out for it.

Samantha has been in daycare since October and she is doing well as well. She is also learning new songs and also letters/numbers. She likes going to see her teacher and helping make breakfast for friends. She also learned how to put on her shoes so she says " I do it myself!!"

Roy and I are working hard. He works for a hospital in town as a courier and I work for the city. We are enjoying being with family and we are loving having my parents-Lelo and Lela- only 2-3 hours away and we can plan weekends with them or they can come visit with us.

We had a bad virus this past week but we seems to be doing better, Thank God!

we are excited about being in TX for summer... trying to make plans with family and see what we get all do to have some fun!!
