Spring 2011

Spring is in the air up here in Alaska... we just celebrated Easter this weekend and the kids had fun!!! Dagan also went to get a new haircut at the barbershop with Daddy because he wanted a big boy haircut and not be bald! The kids have been enjoying the warmer weather, yes to us 40 degrees is WARM!!! Our neighbors kids are out in shorts and we were out with no jackets over the weekend because it was sooo nice out. Last day of school up here is May 19 and Dagan is excited to be out for Summer Break and be home to play and ride bikes!!! Kailey is improving with her speech and trying to get 2-3 word sentences out and now has her own bike that she is having to learn to ride it. Samantha is starting to like being outside with the other kids cause she gets to be out and have some fun with them.

At the beginning of April there was still a good amount of snow on the ground and with the sun being out and it warming up to 40-50 degrees the snow is melting away. in the pics below you can see how much snow there was...
